August 8th-Indiana-Turkey Run State Park

As soon as we arrived, we hit the trails, without a map, without a plan, without expectations. My dad would be proud. He was so spontaneous and bold… he never worried what might go wrong, he trusted it would all work out and it always did.

Felt like such a tourist, stopping around every corner to take a picture of the deep green canopies, the subtle waterfalls coming out of the rock walls, and the steep canyon walls made by nature. We got lost in a good way. Not knowing where you’re going but reaching destinations you never dreamed of

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
